Lucca and Ella

This weekend Jenny and Ella came to visit. Lucca and Ella are 7 months apart and have not seen each other since last summer. They have always gotten along really well, but we were unsure if they still would now that they are both a bit older. As it turned out, they got along so well and never even argued! They were basically together nonstop from Friday until Sunday, which normally would be too long for a play date but not for these girls! Friday night we went up to Grammie and Papa's where the girls had a blast making Papa push them on the swing and flying his remote control helicopter. They had a sleepover on the blow-up bed. On Saturday, they put on their new adorable Gymboree matching outfits and we went out to breakfast, went to Caper Acres, went shopping downtown (where Lucca and Ella had a blast riding the Plasma Cars around at The Silver Sandbox) and then dropped the kids off with Gabe while we went wine tasting. Gabe put on High School Musical and they spent the entire time dancing and singing! They also enjoyed doing kindergarten workbooks together and chasing the cats around the house (poor cats are exhausted today!) It was a great weekend and we can't wait to get them together again!
