Yesterday morning I woke up to the funniest sight!
Lucca had woken up very early and tried to get me to get up and get her a breakfast bar. I told her that I was going to sleep for a little while longer and that she could get her stool and get one by herself. Well, apparently she didn't like that idea very much. She was unhappy that Daddy was not there to get her a breakfast bar (he was at work) and that Mommy wouldn't get her one either, so she proceeded to express her frustration artistically. She drew a picture of a mad face and
wrote "I'm mad" at the top. Then she stuck it in the window by the door so that Gabe would be able to see it when he got home from work. When I came out into the living room I noticed it and asked her about it and she told me that she wanted everyone to know that she was mad so she put it in the window. I couldn't help but laugh! This little art project is definitely a keeper!

That is hilarious Emily. It is so crazy how creative kids are, especially with her expressing her emotions in that way. So cute....You better get her a breakfast bar the next time, you never know what she might come up with next ;)
