The holidays are in full swing!

Wow-we had a busy week! Lots of fun holiday activities! On Monday, Lucca got to take the day off from preschool and go up to Nana Pam and Grandpa's house to play in the snow. I was very jealous! She was pretty scared on the way up there though because the roads were so slick that Grandpa's truck was sliding all over the road. Then she got to the snow and didn't like how soft it was because she kept sinking into it and whe she woud try to pull her foot up her shoe would come off. Guess we need to buy her some snow boots! Needless to say, after 20 minutes of snow play she was ready for some indoor fun!

Tuesday night was the annual Canyon Oaks Pasta dinner with Santa. We went with Lito and Lita. Lucca was really excited to see Santa. Funny, though, she is constantly telling us all of the things she wants for Christmas but when Santa asked her she couldn't remember a thing. Here are some pictures of her and Santa. I like the first one because you can really tell she is thinking about what she wants!

On Wednesday night, Lucca had her preschool Christmas program. It was super cute and Lucca was quite the performer! They sung Jingle Bells, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, I'm a Nut, and Chocolate Cupcakes. The kids were super excited when Santa made a surprise appearance after the show. Lucca was excited to see Santa two nights in a row! Here is a picture of her singing and with Santa at preschool.

Today was pajama day at preschool and for Gabe and I as well. We all enjoyed leaving the house this morning all cozy in our pajamas. Lucca watched The Polar Express at preschool. She was happy to be picked up early since I had a minimum day. We are all excited to really get into the holiday spirit now that we have some much needed time off! 2 weeks-yay!
